General terms of use of the Site, general rules and legal responsibilities in relation thereto
It is recommended that the User Agreement, which contains the following terms, rules and legal responsibilities, be read before using xdrive.com.tr.
Please do not use xdrive.com.tr if the terms stated are not suitable for you. By using the site and filling out the form with your personal information, you are deemed to have accepted the terms written on these pages.
1. Usage and Security Rules
xdrive.com.tr is open to all users. The services provided on the site are free of charge, unless otherwise stated.
In the following written cases, the site management may prevent the user from using the site and reserves its legal rights against the person or persons involved in the following attempts:
1.a. Registration of false, irregular, incomplete and misleading information, information that contains expressions that are not in accordance with the general rules of morality and contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey
1.b. Unauthorized partial or complete copying of the site content
1.c. The User is directly responsible for all kinds of damages that may arise from the sharing of information such as username, password, usage rights, üçüncüncüncüncüncü given to users or determined by them (use of this information by persons other than the user). 2. Responsibilities
2a. The information of the users who visit xdrive.com.tr (visit duration, time, pages visited) is tracked in order to serve them better. This information is shared with the companies that we cooperate with in terms of advertising etc. in order to expand and improve our business by adhering to confidentiality terms. The purpose here is to improve the experience offered by the site to its users and to improve xdrive.1ticaret.com.com.
2.b. The xdrive.com.tr user may start using xdrive.com.tr by entering his/her e-mail address and password, provided that he/she complies with the conditions specified in this agreement, after filling in the required bölüm for registration and confirming his/her e-mail address.

2d. In the event that it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations and obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules stated on xdrive.com.tr, the User may be prevented from benefiting from xdrive.com.tr by xdrive.com.tr, either temporarily or permanently, and/or his/her account may be closed.
2e. The user may not act in a way to prevent or make it difficult for other users and visitors to use xdrive.com.tr, and may not install automatic programs and force/lock servers or databases. Cannot attempt to cheat. In case it is found, it accepts that its license will be terminated and accepts all kinds of legal and criminal liability that may arise from the situation.
2g. The User may not delete or remove Copyright, Trademark and any other notations under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works from any material copied or printed from xdrive.com.tr.
2h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user via xdrive.com.tr. The user's authorization to access the site will be canceled. The person who cancels his/her membership accepts that this process is irreversible.
2j. The relations of the users of the Site with each other or with third parties are the responsibility of the users.
2m. In certain parts of the Site, different rules and obligations specific to that section may be specified. Persons and organizations using these bölüm are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.

3. Notification Addresses
3.a. xdrive.com.tr does not request postal addresses from its users in advance. However, the electronic mail address that the user notifies to xdrive.com.tr shall be deemed as the electronic mail from which the legal address will be requested for all kinds of notifications to be made regarding this contract.
3.b. The parties agree that unless they notify the other party in writing of changes to their existing e-mails within 3 (3) days, requests to old e-mails shall be effective and shall be deemed to have been made to them.
3.c. Again, any notification to be made by xdrive.com.tr using the registered e-mail address of the user shall be deemed to have reached the user 1 (one) day after the electronic mail is sent by xdrive.com.tr. The user declares, accepts and undertakes that he has read, understood and accepted all of the articles contained in this participation agreement and confirms the accuracy of the information he has provided about himself.
