Warranty

The warranty period starts from the delivery date of the product and is valid for 2 (TWO) years. During the warranty period, no charges will be requested for repairs, replacement parts, or labor costs resulting from material, workmanship, or assembly defects. The internal frame system, armrests, mechanism, gas lift, metal base, and wheels are covered under warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects. If a malfunction occurs during the warranty period, the repair time will be added to the warranty period. The repair time cannot exceed 30 business days from the date the issue is reported to the service center or the seller/manufacturer. The product will be replaced free of charge under the following circumstances: If the same defect occurs more than twice or if different defects occur four times within one year from the delivery date. If the required time for repair exceeds the maximum allowed. If it is determined that the product cannot be repaired by an authorized service report. xDrive provides free repair and spare parts support to customers who request on-site service. However, a service fee will be charged for on-site repair requests. EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY COVERAGE Damages and malfunctions caused by improper storage or environmental conditions by the consumer are not covered by the warranty. The use of cleaning materials such as detergent, alcohol-based cleaners, bleach, etc., which can damage or peel the leather surface, is not covered by the warranty. If the screws are not fully tightened during the assembly of the product, loosening may occur. Any damages caused by the screws coming loose or falling out due to this are not covered by the warranty. Malfunctions caused by improper or incorrect use that do not comply with the usage instructions are not covered by the warranty. Exposing the products to extreme heat or cold, corrosion, oxidation (rust), unauthorized modifications, accidents, or improper assembly by unauthorized individuals voids the warranty. Synthetic leather may stretch over time, resulting in localized wrinkles. This is related to the natural characteristics of the material and is not covered by the warranty. Damages caused by failure to follow the care and cleaning instructions are not covered by the warranty. Damages caused by sharp or cutting objects coming into contact with the leather or fabric surfaces are not covered by the warranty. Damage to armrests caused by excessive pressure is not covered by the warranty. For product damage caused by logistics or manufacturing defects, the notification period to the e-commerce site, retailer, or manufacturer is 3 (THREE) days after delivery. Notifications made after this period are not eligible for free replacement.
